Curlew Cottage sleeping up to six people, is a semi detached property on a working farm, uniquely placed in the village of Keyhaven, next to Milford on sea, 6 miles from Lymington. The farm has spectacular views across the solent to the Isle of Wight, and an area of Marshland which is a haven for many species wetland birds. The sea is one field away, and the village pub the Gun Inn is a short stroll. Milford on sea is a small seaside town with shops, hairdressers, beauty salon, and good pubs and restaurants.

Curlew Cottage has recently been refurbished, with a new fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, dishwasher, and microwave, fridge freezer, with an open plan dinning room. There is a good sized porch for wet weather gear, separate downstairs cloakroom and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumbledrier. The sitting room has a TV and Video with a good selection a films, books and games. One sofa can convert to a sofa bed, there is an additional charge for more than 6 guests in the cottage.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one 6ft double, one twin (which can become 6ft double) and single with pull out divan. All rooms have crisply laundered linen,and fluffy bath towels, There is a separate WC, and large bathroom with an independent power shower.

The garden is lawned and fenced with patio furniture and BBQ. There is additional parking and boat/trailer storage in the farm yard. . Fully centrally heated and double glazed.
Curlew Cottage is suitable for summer and winter holidays. Dogs are welcome with agreement from the owner.

We also have available, Sandpiper Cottage which has 2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

Both cottages are strickly non-smoking
