Welcome to October Cottage - we're sure you'll have a wonderful stay!

The self contained, self catering guest suite at October Cottage sleeps 2.

Les and Val Williams are delighted to offer you a chance to experience the
peace and comfort of the guest suite, which, has limited cooking facilities, in
this detached cottage situated at the enclosed end of a cul-de-sac in
the quiet and friendly village of Everton.

The accommodation offered to you is of a high standard and all on the ground floor as follows:-

The dining room with table and chairs has along one side a kitchen work area which includes

Kettle - Coffee Maker - Fridge - Microwave Oven - Toaster and Toasted Sandwich Maker

As you are having a well earned holiday there is no washing up facilities, just take your dirty crockery across the hall way into Val's kitchen and she will return them to you after putting them through her dishwasher.

The dining room opens on to the very pretty conservatory shown here with comfortable chairs for relaxing and entrance on to the private court yard garden.

This very comfortable bedroom can be a 6 foot double or twin bedded with dressing table, bedside cabinets and a Georgian "whatnot" housing a colour television with digibox and video recorder.

Bed Linen and Towels are all supplied

The Shower Room contains a '
Walk in' power shower, toilet, bidet
and wash basin. For less able
guests there is a shower stool and
toilet frame available by request.

October Cottage Suite has its own private walled courtyard garden entered via
the conservatory and is south facing with garden table and chairs for morning
coffee and light meals. The courtyard also contains a pretty summer
house which again is private for your own use.

October Cottage Suite is situated on the outskirts of Lymington in the quiet
village of Everton and with easy distance of all the South Coast with lovely walks
along the cliff tops, yet also just outside the New National Park - the New Forest,
where ponies have right away over country roads, and wonderful walks or cycle
rides can be had along the many gravel paths.

Tariff
We let on a weekly basis from £200.00 to £360.00
Short breaks are available
2 night stay at £120.00
3 to 6 nights at £55. per night

With the village pub serving good food only a minutes walk away and Real Ale
there can't be a better place to stay,
