Cindy Dawson has been offering warm and welcoming quality accommodation at Rose Cottage for ten years and continues to look forward to welcoming you to her delightful bed and breakfast set in the heart on the New Forest National Park.

Set away from the busy main roads, down a pretty drive, this comfortable and spacious cottage is the ideal place to relax and unwind. With the New Forest all around you and the South Coast just a short drive away, Rose Cottage is perfect as a touring base for the surrounding area, and has the following accommodation available.

Two double en-suite rooms (one can also be a twin bedded room)
One double room with private facilities
Tariff from £27.00 - £35.00 per person per night.

All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a hospitality tray and colour television.

A choice of breakfast is cooked to order and served in the dining room which overlooks the secluded garden. Special diets by arrangement.

There is also a lounge for guest to relax in with a selection of games, books, television and videos

A short walk away, in the village of Lyndhurst, you will find the New Forest Museum, Visitor Information Centre and an excellent variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Rose Cottage has a No Smoking, policy in the house, you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Directions on how to find Rose Cottage

Leave the M27 at Junction 1 and follow the A337 to Lyndhurst. At the traffic lights turn left down the High Street, at the bottom of the High Street bear right, signposted A35 Christchurch.
Stay in right hand lane and bear right when the road splits, almost immediately the road will split again, bear to the left at this split in the road and you enter Chapel Lane, After approximately 300 meters you will see a sign for a Baptist Church on the left hand side, Rose Cottage is about 30 meters past the church on the left hand side. By the Rose Cottage B&B sign turn left down the drive to the house and Studio.
