Wayside Cottage , a charming wisteria covered Edwardian cottage, is in a peaceful spot only a few minutes walk from the heart of Burley, where ponies, donkeys and cattle wander freely. The open Forest is at the end of the road, whilst Burley offers a good selection of pubs, tea rooms and shops.

We have 6 rooms, 3 ground floor, which include 3 en-suite double (1 a pretty four poster), 2 en-suite twins and a Family room with private bathroom Single Room occupancy by request

All our rooms have coloured Television and tea/coffee facilities and central heating throughout. Breakfast is served in our Dining room. Fresh local produce is used where possible, with homemade bread, jams and marmalade. Special diets catered for. Evening meals on request for a minimum 4 people

There is also a guest sitting room with games, videos and books
Feel free to use the pretty garden with many sitting areas and we have ample private parking.

Please remember that Wayside Cottage in a nonsmoking home, but you may smoke in the garden.
