Beechen House is a private Victorian Home where nonsmokers are welcome and children over 10 years old.

This very large beautiful double en-suite room with bath and shower over, has the benefit of a walk-in wardrobe. This very large elegant room overlooking the garden and fields beyond is ideal for couples and can be used a twin bedded room or a family room for up to four people as shown here. Colour television and tea and coffee making facilities makes this an ideal place to relax at the end of your day.
	A further Double room is available with wash-hand basin in the room and a Private Bathroom opposite the door. This large room again can be a twin or a family room as there is a second bed to the side of the room. This room again comes with colour televisions and tea/coffee making facilities .
A full English breakfast is served in our dining area, special diets catered for, at 8.30am or earlier if required. Birthdays and Anniversaries a speciality.

village of Lyndhurst for a wide choice of eating establishments. This is an ideal spot to stay for touring the whole area,
as we are situated with in walking distance to the open Forest now The New National Park. For those involved in the Guiding movement we are very close to Foxlease the guide headquarters.
