Bell Cottage is set in the heart of the pretty Victorian village of Brockenhurst. It is within easy walk of open forest with its many cycle and walking paths. It is also within a short walk of the high street, the railway station, bike hire, friendly pubs, restaurants, tea shops and take aways. The nearby high street has a traditional village butcher, two bakers, a greengrocer and a Tesco Metro. The property was built in the 1950's and retains some of the original features of the house particularly in the bathroom and kitchen.

This charming family home offering 3 bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and family bathroom situated on the green where ponies wander pass the gate (the gate must be closed at all times)

Down Stairs

Entrance - hall with staircase to first floor
Kitchen - has walk-in larder, full size electric oven, microwave, washing machine and all kitchen utensils and china. Also kitchen table and chairs
Lounge/Diner - Large drop leaf dining table and chairs, comfy sofa and armchairs, colour television and video

Fenced garden - to the front of the cottage and with a clothes line to the back for drying any washing.

Upstairs

Master Bedroom - with 2 large wardrobes,
dressing table and bedside tables
2nd Bedroom -5 foot size double bed but can be 2 singles for a twin bedded room, wardrobe
3rd Bedroom - a 4 foot bed for a single or as a small double room with fitted cupboard
Family Bathroom - a large bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.

All bedlinen, and towels supplied, but please
bring your own beach towels.

Bell Cottage has been in the same family for two generations and is available for the first time as holiday accommodation to give you the chance to explore the New National Park. New Forest Ponies wander through the village streets at Brockenhurst and may we just please remind you it is an offence to feed the animals and we do have speed restrictions on all Forest Roads.

Tariff from £320.00 low season to £700.00 high season

We welcome children at Bell Cottage but we cannot accept bookings from smokers and sorry no pets.
