Enter Brackenwood over the cattlegrid to prevent the New Forest Ponies straying into the garden, go through the archway to a pretty walled courtyard garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. You can walk directly into the New Forest which is opposite.

Sitting/dining room is a large attractively furnished room with 3 comfortable sofas (one converts to a double bed).

Includes gas, electricity and bed-linen.

Children welcome and pets by arrangement only. Grazing with shelter available for horses.

Beautifully set in 71/2 acres of grounds surrounding a large country house. The Dairy overlooks the stable yard to the front and enjoys a 1/4 of an acre of private south facing garden to the rear with a pretty patio area, barbecue and teak garden furniture, plus direct access into the heart of the New Forest.

Fitted oak kitchen with ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer and microwave

Outside laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine.

Bedroom with 5' iron four-poster bed

Large bathroom with bath (shower over) w.c. Bidet and basin.

The Garden Cottage
Self Catering for 2

Formerly the Gardeners Cottage to a Forest Country House, now beautifully and luxuriously decorated and furnished to create a truly idyllic holiday retreat.

Garden Cottage enjoys its own private area of patio and garden with teak table, and chairs, a parasol and Barbecue for use in fine weather. You may also walk directly into the Forest from here.

The accommodation consists of a

Living Room 13' x 9' approx. with comfortable armchairs, television and video. Small Dining Table and chairs. French doors to patio and garden and path to private parking area.
German mini Kitchen behind cupboard doors comprising of 2 ring hob, microwave,sink and fridge, granite top dresser.
Cloakroom with wc and basin.
Pretty Edwardian Style bathroom with gold plated taps, double ended bath with hand shower, wc, bidet and basin set in a maple vanity unit.
Hallway with staircase leads to a landing area with armchair seating which leads to the bedroom.
King size 6 foot draped bed (can convert to Twin beds if preferred) with antique bedside and dressing tables.
Outside Laundry room, with Tumble Dryer and auto-washing machine.

Sorry no children or pets allowed
