This pretty thatched cottage is beautifully situated on the edge of the New Forest with ponies right outside the fence and direct access for lovely walks accross open forest. The cottage is comfortable, sleeping up to 7, and full of character with plenty of exposed beams and an attractive garden. It lays approximately one mile from the village of Sway, about 2 miles from Brockenhurst and Lymington.

   Accommodation comprises of:

Entrance Hall,
Attractive Good Size Sitting room with wood burning stove, and separate dining area.
Extra Sitting room/Bedroom with double bed
Kitchen/Breakfast room with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer,washing machine and dishwasher.
Cloakroom with toilet and basin.

Stairs to 1st floor:
Bedroom One: Double bed and
 lovely forest views.
 Bedroom Two: 2 single beds.
 Bedroom Three: 1 single bed.
 Bathroom: with bath and shower, basin and toilet.
 

Heating and Electricity is included.
Colour Television. Duvets provided on beds. Cot available on request.
Double Garage. Small Dog welcome
