Carridene is the pretty comfortable home of Vanessa and David where a warm welcome awaits
in this beautiful part of the New Forest.

To arrive at Carridene you have a lovely ride through the New Forest showing you just a taste of
the lovely scenery, New Forest ponies and quiet peaceful walks that you could be enjoying
during your stay. Nomansland is situated on the northern fringe of the New Forest with easy
driving distance to Salisbury, Fordingbridge and numerous villages and hamlets.

Vanessa and David have the following accommodation available for your comfort:-

Deluxe double room.

Deluxe room with 6 foot double bed can convert to twin beds if preferred, overlooking the open country side. With en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Plenty of fitted cupboards, and a pair of comfortable easy chairs . Television and tea/coffee making facilities. The two master bedrooms are very spacious and all rooms are beautifully furnished with a high standard of cleanliness.

This charming well fitted Twin Bedded room, known as the Blue Room can also be a 6 foot double if required. This has plenty of fitted cupboards, dressing table and stool. With en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over Television and tea/coffee making facilities. Views over the open countryside from the large window A further Double room is available with a standard size bed with en-suite shower room. Wardrobes and dressing table -Television and tea/coffee facilities complete this pretty room.

Twin bedded room can be 6 foot double

Breakfast is served in the beamed dining/breakfast room from 8.00am - 9a.m weekdays 8am to 9.30am weekends. Earlier breakfast by request. A choice of breakfast will be served and vegetarians are welcome. Special diets are catered for by arrangement.

Carridene is in walking distance to The Lamb Inn and to a French Restaurant where both serve excellent meals. The village green where you might catch the local cricket team playing is opposite the Lamb. They are surrounded by the open Forest where, ponies, cattle, and sometimes pigs can be seen wandering through the lanes and villages. With safe off street parking and lock up available for bikes this is the ideal spot to unwind, relax and recharge those batteries.

For the comfort of our guests there is no smoking in the house.

We are unable to cater for children or pets in the B & B, but they are welcome in the annexe with breakfast delivered to the door.

Directions on how to find Carridene

Exit at Junction 1 of M27 towards Bournemouth. Turn right at next roundabout towards Brook and Bramshaw.
Pass Straight Eight garage on right. At crossroads in Landford turn left on to Forest Road.
Continue for approximately half a mile and turn right into North Lane.
Carridene is 150 yards on the right hand side.
