Within a short car ride, the city of Southampton, with one of the biggest shopping centres West Quay, the cities of Winchester and Salisbury, a must for the holiday maker with their cathedrals and quaint shopping streets. The historic ships can be found in Portsmouth. This is a fabulous day out.
The "Isle of Wight" a precious jewel, just half an hour ferry ride from the port of Southampton,
 or the pretty  route from Lymington, which is also well know for its Saturday market.
Go for the day, leave your car and travel by bus.
