in a quiet lane on the edge of Lyndhurst.
The well appointed
interior has all you need. The open forest is 100yds down the
lane
and award winning Pub 2 minutes walk away. Sheltered Cottage garden
front and rear,
one or other
always caught by the sun. Many original features including fireplaces,
doors and waxed wood floors.
Non-smoking. One well-behaved pets allowed
The
accommodation comprises:
Ground Floor:
Living room,
with open fire , bed settee and armchairs, antique pine furniture,
TV, DVD and CD/radio.
(The bed settee in this room could be used for a filth person
if required)
Kitchen/diner with table and chairs , cooker, microwave, toaster,
kettle and dishwasher.
Walk in larder with fridge with freezer compartment.
Downstairs Toilet with washer/dryer
A cot, highchair
and a stair gate is available by request
Outside the garden
has a patio table and chairs, and BBQ.
Pikes Hill is a quiet quaint backwater on the edge of Lyndhurst,
easy to get to, and opening onto the Forest. Just along the
road is the award winning Waterloo Arms Pub. The centre of the
village with shops pubs and restaurants is little more than
5 minutes walk away.
Hawthorns
is let on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday
from £295.00 - £595.00 high season. All gas
and electricity is included.
For the cooler months a basket of logs are supplied.
Longer lets and short breaks may be available in low season
