A fabulous single-storey cottage offering peace and tranquillity set amongst
10 acres of grounds and woodland with lake and river frontage,
(fishing available by request). Deer, badger,
fox and all manner of bird life are regular visitors to the gardens.

Heywood Cottage is part of the buildings which originally formed the
Tithe Barn of Boldre and is tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques.
It is situated in a courtyard setting next to Heywood Close, where
Claire and Robert Brooke-Smith are on hand to assist with
any help or support that may be needed.

A welcoming gift of home produced honey and free range eggs await your arrival.

The Accommodation comprises of:

Single Bedroom

Comfortable good size sitting room with colour TV/Video, log burning stove, 3 piece suite and daybed which converts to a single bed.
Attractive bathroom with bath and shower over
The well equipped kitchen has Fridge, freezer, Bosch oven, hob and microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and all cooking utensils should you require them

Central heating and electricity are included

All bedding, linen and towels are supplied

For your use in the garden you will find a wooden table and chairs, and also
a bar-b-cue..

River fishing for brown trout and sea trout, and lake fishing for carp and coarse fish available

Ample car parking facilities - and well behaved dogs are welcome.

Heywood Cottage is a non-smoking area.
