Holly Bush House is situated in the heart of Lymington, 1 minutes walk from the High Street and only 5 minutes from the quay.

This quietly located and well-appointed private house has a lovely old walled garden offering views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight, from the public rooms.

• Accommodation: 2 Ground Floor Bedrooms share a bathroom. One is a double and the other has twin beds. A further ensuite double room is located on the first floor.There is, in addition, a dining room, large lounge and sun room. All bedrooms have TV and hospitality trays.

• Children and Dogs are welcome.

• Smoking is restricted to the gardens.

• All amenities are located on the ground floor, (except for one double en-suite bedroom)

• Secure parking is provided within the walled gardens.

• Cycles: A lockable outbuilding is available.

• The yachting fraternity: Within walking distance of the marinas.

• Breakfast is provided at any time between 7.00am and 10.00am to suit the convenience of guests. There is no set menu, allowing a wide personal choice within reason. Garden fruits and juices in season.
