mature and interesting garden of over half an acre with various areas of lawn,
interspersed with shrubs, flowers and trees. It has wooden garden furniture and a gas barbecue.

There is ample parking for at least three cars beside the house.

°The country style Kitchen with wooden floor and dresser is large with both an Aga and a gas cooker, the former turned off for the summer. It is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses and keen cooks will not find it lacking! Adjoining is a breakfast area with table and chairs.

° Laundry room has washer, dryer and ironing facilities. A lobby with hanging space for coats and wellies. Also extra Larder if required

° The Snug -small and cosy sitting room with open fireplace, TV and DVD player, ideal to escape from the rest of the family for peace and quiet

° Dining Room has a large dining table, which expands to seat 10-12 and a wood burner. This leads down two steps into the main

° Sitting Room which has three comfortable sofas and leads out through french windows into the South facing garden. Also has TV, books, games etc

Also on the ground floor we have a second bathroom with a large shower, WC and handbasin.

Upstairs:-

•Bedroom 1 large Master bedroom with a Super king bed which can be made into two singles and overlooks garden with westerly aspect •Bedroom 2-King sized bed again overlooking garden, •Bedroom 3-2 full sized single beds overlooking woods. •Bedroom 4-has a single bed which can extend to a double. •Family Bathroom with W.C., washbasin, bath and separate shower All bedrooms have plenty of hanging and storage space

One bath towel and hand towel per a guest please bring own beach towels.
Pets are allowed at £20 per week.
Friday turnarounds [vacate by 10.00 am arrive after 3.30]

Rates from £450 to £850 per week according to season.

Please note that the Easter two weeks and Spring Holiday week are all high season.
Half weekly bookings can be made at 70% of weekly rates but usually only available last minute.
