Only the garden
gate separates this charming Victorian cottage from
the open forest and Setley Pond. An excellent pub is within walking
distance. We even provide torches for your journey home.
The accommodation offered
at Pinecroft is of a high standard
and consist of the following:-
- On the ground
floor with its own private entrance is our Family room,
which has a double, single and sofa bed.
- On the first
floor is a lovely double room with forest views.

rooms are bright and sunny and have the benefit of en-suite
facilities.
- Colour television,
tea and coffee facilities are provided
- Towels supplied.

A choice of breakfast
is served in the breakfast room, from a full English
to a Continental, and special
diets by arrangement.
At Pinecroft horses and dogs are welcome and their is lockable
bike
storage. Children are also welcome.
Pinecroft is
situated in a tranquil spot near Setley pond where ponies
and cows come to drink and deer can often be seen.
A haven for birds and 93,000 acres of
forest for you to explore. Visit the many attractions
details you will find in the breakfast room.
Brockenhurst is only
a short drive away and the Georgian town of Lymington
with its Saturday market, Quay, marina
and a
wide selection of shops well
worth a visit.

Directions on how to find us

Come
off the M27 at Junction 1 for Cadnam (New Forest).
Turn left at the roundabout to Lyndhurst. At next roundabout
(approx ¼ mile) turn right onto the A337, again towards
Lyndhurst.
The A337 will take you through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.
At Brockenhurst you cross over the railway line.
After approx 1 mile you will pass the Filly Inn on your
left, then after approx ¾ mile from there the car wash will
be on your left. Immediately after the car wash turn right,
sign-posted to Burley. Immediately after the cattle grid
turn left onto a track
sign-posted 'Road to private properties only'.
Drive down the track (passing the pond on your right) for
approximately
½ mile, and take the second turning on the left.
Pinecroft is in front of you.
