The cottage is furnished to a high standard and with designer fabrics, and able is to accommodate up to 4 people
plus a baby if bringing your own travel cot.

Living Room with dining area, TV, video, radio cd/cassette player.

Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
All kitchen utensils also supplied.

Large Double Bedroom on the first floor with en-suite bathroom. TV and hairdryer

Twin Bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room.

Small lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

Bed Linen and towels provided and the beds will be made up.

Silk Cottage is ideally situated close to the centre of the Georgian yachting town of Lymington, with its Quay, Marinas and famous Saturday Market. 'The Tollhouse Inn' is a few minutes away. It is just two miles from The New Forest with its wild ponies and cattle, also walks, cycle rides, museums and other attractions. A ferry leaves every half hour from Lymington to the Isle of Wight.

A luxurious brand-new cottage with everything you could want.
It is quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and maintained to a high standard.
Located just 3 minutes from The New Forest, Sea, IOW Ferry, High Street and Restaurants.
South-facing, it is furnished with designer fabrics, centrally-heated and double-glazed throughout.

The open-plan ground floor has a living and dining area, with double sofa-bed for occasional use,
TV, video, radio/CD/cassette player.

It has a double bedroom upstairs with TV
and en-suite bath/shower-room.

The stunning fully-fitted kitchen has granite work tops with seating area, a gas/electric cooker,
microwave, fridge, washing/drying machine and dishwasher.

The tariff is £200-£650 per week.

Take the M27 junction 1. Turn on to A31 Lyndhurst. Get into right lane and at roundabout take 3rd exit A337 Lyndhurst. Continue on the A337 through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst to Lymington.
Go straight across 2 roundabouts, remaining on A337.
Take first road on left (opposite Tollhouse Inn) into Lower Buckland Road. Pass Buckland Dene and Hollywood Lane on your right, Silkhouse is the 3rd house on your right, No 77 and Silk Cottage and Lace Cottage are attached - please drive in.
