The Studio is a modern selfcatering apartment with its own private entrance and patio area. It is attached to Rose Cottage, Bed and Breakfast, which stands in a large secluded garden of approximately half an acre. Sleeping two adults in very comfortable surroundings.

The accommodation comprises of a modern open plan design with a beautiful sofa bed with storage under for quilts, pillows etc. all supplied. Wardrobes and cupboads are available for your use. Colour Television and Video. Dining area and a small kitchenette with washer/dryer, refrigerator with freezer box, two ring electric hob and a convection oven/grill/microwave, ironing board and iron. All kitchen utensils supplied along with towels and tea towels. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, vanity unit and wc..

Patio door off the lounge end lead to a private patio area which also has drying facilities, garden table and chairs.

For a quiet holiday to recharge your batteries this is the ideal place to stay, within easy walking distance to the village of Lyndhurst, for shopping, restaurants, public houses also the New Forest Museum. Lyndhurst is the capital of the New Forest and there are many attractions, walks and places of interest for you to explore.

We can cater for non-smokers only and sorry no pets in The Studio

Babies are welcome in travel cots. (Please bring your own)

The Studio is let on a weekly basis Friday to Friday. Short breaks are available out of season and for last minute bookings if available.

Directions on how to find us

On entering Lyndhurst on the A337 turn left at traffic lights down the High Street and bear right signposted A 35 Christchurch. Stay in the right hand lane bearing right as the road splits. The road immediately splits again, bear left you enter Chapel Lane. On the left you will see a sign for the Baptist Church, Rose Cottage is 150 yards past the church also on the left hand side. You will see a large sign "Rose Cottage B & B", turn left by the sign down the drive to Rose Cottage and The Studio.
