Sunset Place has the most magnificent views across the Avon
River and the Valley below. Situated adjacent to Cottage Crest the
owners Bed and Breakfast home. Sunset Cottage is ideal for those
couples who love peace and quiet and to really relax and unwind
in a beautiful setting. Situated in 5 acres of ground which you
are welcome to relax in, and a patio area with barbecue, table and
chairs outside your door. Within the grounds there are two ponds
and in the early morning you might see a deer having a drink, or
the kingfishers and herons, evening time you might be lucky to catch
a sight of the Badgers in part of the garden.

Sunset Place is partly on a hill and
has two entrances the one you can see is up a small flight
of steps that take you into a beautiful open plan lounge and
bedroom area with a ensuite shower room. This has s a very
comfortable settee, tea and coffee making facilities and colour
television with views from the window right across the valley.

A spiral stairway from just of the centre of the room leads
down to the open-plan Dining room and Kitchen. A door is also
here to the outside grounds and parking area. The dining area
has a lovely table and chairs seating up to four, with radio/cd
player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven, fridge
with ice box, washing machine and Microwave. All Kitchen utensil,
china,tea towels, bed-linen, towels and heating is all included
in the tariff.
A welcome tray will be available on arrival
with a pint of milk.

The views accross to the river

As Sunset Place sleeps two people only, we are very willing
to put up your friends or family in our Bed and Breakfast home as
Bed only guests so that they can join you each morning for breakfast
and just return to our home for sleeping.
Sunset Place is situated in the village of Woodgreen, where
ponies wander past the door and beautiful walks can be had. The
village has a convenience store, post office and a very good local
pub which serves food. With the New Forest surrounding us there
is so much to see and do. A short drive will take you to Fordingbridge
where weekends you can see a working Water Mill and then on to the
City of Salisbury. Spend two or three days exploring the many villages
in and around the New Forest. Visit the many attractions including
Braemore House, these detail and many more will be found in your
lovely cottage.
Tariff from £280.00 to £400.00 for
weekly lets Saturday to Saturday
Short breaks available from £60.00 a night.

Directions on how to find us
A338 Road Salisbury to Bournemouth. Midway between Downton
and Fordingbridge, Locate Breamore and turn off to Woodgreen 1/4
mile to river bridge, 1/2 mile to village over cattle grid, Turn
right at Post Office. 1/2 mile up hill - last house just leaving
village sign. Cottage Crest will be found on the right. Drive in
for Sunset Cottage.
