Sway Manor Hotel as its name suggests is a wonderful, unique family home dating back to 1906 but has all the modern day facilities for the discerning guest. From its magnificant licensed garden restaurant serving substantial English fayre, from breakfast, lunches and evening meals, bar meals also available. Set in 5 acres of sweeping lawns, with an heated out door pool, woods and a lake. Take a stroll round the grounds is a pleasure waiting for you.

Mr. Robert Towle, Restaurateur has pleasure in being able to offer you a choice of 15 delightful bedrooms many looking over the grounds of the Hotel all with en-suite facilities including:-

A fine choice of breakfast is served in the charming dinning room, where lunch also can be had between 12pm-2pm and evening meals from 7pm-9pm week days 9.30pm Friday and Saturdays. A pianist will be playing their grand piano for your pleasure at weekend lunches and other days in the Summer months. No smoking at tables in the restaurant

The beautiful rolling lawns are idea for wedding photos and Civil Marriages can be held here for up to 60 guests in the restaurant or up to 100 in the beautiful garden marquee. Birthday Parties or Special Celebrations to just an intimate dinner for two can be held at Sway Manor Hotel. For the comfort of the less mobile guests there is a accessible toilet on the ground floor and a lift.

Sway Manor is situated in the centre of Sway village on the edge of the New Forest which is only a 10 minute walk away, where you can see the New Forest Ponies wondering freely. If you like to see the sea and local beaches they are only 3 miles away. The New Forest has so much to offer you from quiet peaceful walks, to horse riding and cycling. Visit the many attractions and museums and explore the many villages and towns. Lymington is our nearest town where a market is held on Saturdays all through the year and you can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight.

How to find us Leave the M27 at junction 1 and follow the A337 to Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst. Turn right at the Careys Manor Hotel onto the B3055 to Sway. Turn right at Meaden's Garage in Sway, following the signs for the village centre.
